Return Policy

1. No merchandise will be accepted for return without written approval from STA Elements Inc. Request written approval from our STA Elements Customer Service Manager.
2. The return approval number must appear on the goods when they are returned.
3. The customer is responsible for the return freight charges, except in the case of an STA Elements shipping error.
4. All returned goods are subject to a 50% restocking fee, except in the case of an STA Elements shipping error.
5. Credit for returned goods will be based upon the price at the time of purchase and will be issued after the goods are received and inspected
6. All returns must be full cases in sell-able condition.
