Return Policy
- No merchandise will be accepted for return without written approval from STA Elements Inc. Request written approval from our STA Elements Customer Service Manager.
- The return approval number must appear on the goods when they are returned.
- The customer is responsible for the return freight charges, except in the case of an STA Elements shipping error.
- All returned goods are subject to a 50% restocking fee, except in the case of an STA Elements shipping error.
- Credit for returned goods will be based upon the price at the time of purchase and will be issued after the goods are received and inspected
- All returns must be full cases in sell-able condition.
