Shipping Policy

1. Prices are FOB nearest stocking distribution center.
2. Cases cannot be broken, but products may be combined to meet minimum order requirements.
3. Even though title is passed upon shipment, STA Elements will continue to process freight claims for damaged or missing products. You must note on the receiving document that a shortage due to damaged products has occurred. Please refuse the goods and note the refused goods on the freight document. You have 24 hours in which to notify the trucking company of a shortage or damaged shipment—it is imperative that this notification is done in writing in order to receive credit.
