Quality Assurance

A major strength of STA Elements is our manufacturing capabilities. We have joint ventures and strong relationships with factories, giving us the advantage of being a direct manufacturer in regards to production control, product development and quality control.

Besides having joint ventures with factories we also outsource aspects of production like printing to smaller factories and cottage industries.

We have a thorough understanding of equipment, injection molds, raw material standards and production flow. Today we distribute this knowledge to assist factories to plan production and achieve maximum efficiency for our final product. Beyond internal quality assurance, we very often secure our own raw materials to ensure quality standards at every level of production.

• Our factories hold FDA registration and meet intensive audit requirements
• We perform product testing through third party facilities and our own internal quality assurance department.
• The tests we perform include USP 51, 61/62, mercury, toxic and other CPSIA requirements.
• Our factories are GMDC and ISO900 certified
